Release folding latch, hold front wheel, pull handle back until upright tubes extend. Secure with yellow latch hook and lever.
Lift handle to comfortable height. Move yellow handle latch forward to secure. Adjust handle tension by turning twist knob clockwise.
To tighten the brake cable, turn the brake cable adjustment stud clockwise until the brake pin has enough clearance.
