5.3.6 DC/DC Fault List
table 5-10 DC/DC Fault List
No. Fault name Common causes Corrective measures
1
Fan alarm
fault
When the speed of one of
the fans falls below 400
rpm for one minute.
• Check that the control board
fan interface terminals are well
connected; if they are, the fan
itself may be the problem.
2
Bus-side
soft start
fault and
contactor
fault
• Busbar soft start fault:
After the busbar side
slow start contactor
has absorbed, the
voltage difference
between the inner and
outer side exceeds
150V and is maintained
for 30s.
• Busbar contactor fault:
After the busbar side
contactor has
absorbed, the voltage
difference between the
inside and outside
voltage exceeds 30V
and is maintained for
30s.
• Check that the control board
terminals are well connected, if
they are, it may be a problem
with the contactor body.
3
Battery side
soft start
failure and
contactor
failure
• Battery soft start fault:
After the battery side
slow start contactor
has been activated, the
voltage difference
between the inner and
outer side exceeds
150V and is maintained
for 30s.
• Battery contactor fault:
After the battery side
contactor has been
absorbed, the voltage
difference between the
inner and outer side
exceeds 30V and is
maintained for 30s.
• Check that the control board
and the battery side filter board
terminals are well connected, if
they are, the contactor body
may be the problem.
