Pre-programs (P2~P13)
Program profile
There are 12 program profiles ready for use. All program profiles have 16 levels of
resistance.
Setting Parameters for Pre-programs
Select one of the pre-programs using the UP or DOWN button, then press ENTER. The first
parameter “TIME” will flash so the value can be adjusted using the UP or DOWN button. Press the
ENTER button to save value and move to the next parameter to be adjusted. Continue through all
desired parameters, pressing the START/STOP button to begin the workout.
