The
major
advantage
of
alkaline
batteries
is that
they
provide
more
flashes
per
set.
While
nickel-
cadmiun
batteries
will
provide fewer
flashes
per
set,
they
will
recycle
your
autozoom
433D
slightly
faster
and
can
be
recharged
hundreds
of
times
ior
more economical
operation
over
the
long
run,
Slide
the
battery
compartment
cover
toward
the
bottom
of
the
unit.
Now
gently
fold
up
the
cover
in direction
shown.

size
batteries
(alkaline or
nickel-cadmium)
as

The
battery
compartment
has
a
guide
showing
the
cor-
rect
positioning
of
the
batteries
for
proper
polarity
