Why is the nebulization rate too low on my Sunset Healthcare NEB402?

If your Sunset Healthcare Respiratory Product's nebulization rate is too low, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the medication cup contains the correct water-soluble, non-corrosive medication and is filled to the appropriate volume. Tilting the main unit to ensure medication contact with the vibrating mesh can help. The vibrating mesh may be blocked. Try dropping 2 or 3 drops of white vinegar into the medication cup with 3-6ml water, then clean with distilled water. If the vibrating mesh is rusted or oxidized, it may need replacement. Also, the electrode contact pin may be rusted.
