  If your Suntec Wellness Dehumidifier is not working, first ensure it is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Next, check that the ambient temperature is within the operating range of 5 - 35°C. Finally, verify that the water tank is not full and is correctly positioned. If the tank is full, empty it and re-insert it properly.

  Your Suntec Wellness Dehumidifier may not be dehumidifying because the air inlet or outlet is blocked. Inspect these areas and remove any obstructions. Also, verify the settings on the unit. If the set humidity is below the ambient humidity and/or 20%, the dehumidifier will stop working.

What does each error code on my Suntec Wellness Klimatronic DryFix 12 EQ mean?

  The error code CL on your Suntec Wellness Dehumidifier indicates that the room temperature is below 5°C. Under this condition, the compressor and fan will switch off. The error code CH means that the room temperature is above 35°C. In this case the compressor and the fan also will switch off. The error code LO means that the relative humidity in the room is below 20%. The compressor and the fan switch off under this condition. The error code HI means that the relative humidity in the room is above 90%. The compressor and the fan switch off under this condition. If the error code is E2, the humidity sensor is damaged or has failed.

Why is hot air coming from the air outlet of my Suntec Wellness Klimatronic DryFix 12 EQ Dehumidifier?

  The Suntec Wellness Dehumidifier does not have a cooling function. The hot air coming from the air outlet is from the condenser and is not a defect.
