Connection of the alarm relay
Sunways Solar Inverters are equipped as
standard with an alarm relay with floating
output. The relay is designed as a make
contact and is activated in the case of all
faults reported by the unit (not for Fault 6).
This guarantees quick and reliable indi-
cation of possible faults in the PV system.
In the case of PV systems with several
solar inverters,the individual relays can

be parallel-connected and connected via
a joint signal light.
· Connection
Remove the housing of the solar inverter
before connecting the status signal relay.
Note chapter 2.1 «Safety information»!
The necessary terminal block with the con-
nections «S-» and «S+» is located on the
board at the bottom right (X402). Note the
following terminal configuration:
