What to do if Sunways REVO-II Inverter buzzer beeps continuously and the red LED is on due to overload?

  If the buzzer beeps continuously and the red LED is on because the Sunways Inverter is overloaded (over 110%) for too long, reduce the connected load by switching off some equipment. Also, if PV input voltage is higher than specification and connected loads is higher than derated output power, this will cause overload. Reduce the number of PV modules in series or the connected load.

  If the buzzer beeps continuously and the red LED is on, it could be due to several reasons: * A fan fault, in which case you should replace the fan. * The internal temperature of the inverter component is over 100°C, check whether the air flow of the unit is blocked or whether the ambient temperature is too high. * The battery voltage is too high, check if the spec and quantity of batteries meet requirements. * The output is short-circuited, check if wiring is connected well and remove abnormal load.

Why is my Sunways REVO-II working in battery mode when mains exist?

  The Sunways Inverter might be working in battery mode even when mains exist because the input protector is tripped. Check if the AC breaker is tripped and the AC wiring is connected well. It can also be caused by insufficient quality of AC power. Check if AC wires are too thin and/or too long. If a generator is used, verify it's working correctly or if the input voltage range setting is correct. You may also need to change the output source priority to Utility first.

  If the buzzer beeps continuously and the red LED is on because of an abnormal output (Inverter voltage below than 190Vac or is higher than 260Vac), reduce the connected load. Also, if PV input voltage is beyond the specification, reduce the number of PV modules in series.

  If the Sunways Inverter doesn't respond after being powered on, the battery voltage might be far too low. In this case, re-charge the battery or replace it. Another cause might be that the internal fuse tripped, in which case you should contact a repair center to replace the fuse.
