1. Read all instructions before using this appliance.
2.To avoid burns,do not let hot water touch bare skin. Keep combustible
materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains away
from vents at the rear of the unit. Do not cover or block any openings on the
appliance.
3.Ensure the unit is on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the potential of
tipping over. Never tilt the unit or turn it upside down.
4. Before connecting appliance to the power source, let it stand upright for
approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the
cooling system from handling during transportation.
5. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust
opening as this may cause an electric shock, fire or damage to the appliance.
6. Extreme caution and reasonable supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children, invalids or pets.
7. Do not locate the unit outdoors , in a room with excessive steam or
anywhere it may be exposed to rain or the elements. Do not locate near a stove,
boiler or in direct sunshine. Maintain a distance of 15 cm from the wall.
8. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs,
runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic areas where it will not be
tripped over.
9. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Do
not immerse cord or plug in water. Keep cord away from heated surface.
10. Be sure that the plug is fully inserted into appropriate receptacle. Connect
to properly polarized outlets only.
Please remember that receptacles also deteriorate due to
aging and continuous use: check periodically for signs of overheating or
deformations evidenced by the plug. Do not use the receptacle and CALL
YOUR ELECTRICIAN.
CAUTION: To prevent electric shock match wide blade of plug to wide
slot, fully insert.
