Super Electric Co. (Canada) Ltd. warrants this product to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for 1 year and agrees to remedy any such
manufacturing defects.This warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser
only, and commences from the date of original purchase.
This warranty applies only to product purchased from an authorized Super
dealer and used within the boundaries of Canada.This warranty does not apply to
product purchased outside of the boundaries of Canada or to any product which
has been improperly installed, subjected to usage for which the product was not
designed, misused or abused,damaged during transportation, or which has been
altered or repaired in any way that affects the reliability or detracts from its
performance,nor does it cover any product which is used commercially.
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied; including
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall apply to
this unit. Under no circumstances shall Super Electric be liable for consequential
damages sustained in connection with said unit, and no representative or person
is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our
electronic products, other than such as expressly set forth herein.

Product Warranty
The product you have purchased is warranted by the manufacturer for one year
from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship and/or
materials.Parts that prove to be defective during the one year period will be
either repaired or replaced at our option.The right is reserved by the
manufacturer to replace the whole product in lieu thereof.
SHOULD ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL REPAIR BECOME NECESSARY DURING
THE WARRANTY PERIOD RETURN TO MERCHANT OR SEND THE UNIT VIA PARCEL
POST TO THE ADDRESS BELOW. A COPY OF PROOF-OF-PURCHASE MUST BE SENT
ALONG WITH YOUR APPLIANCE.
This warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of accident,
improper handling or operation,shipping damage, abuse,misuse, unauthorized
repairs made or attempted, or use of the product in commercial service.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
