The primary function of the FirePak is to provide powerful, high-quality illumination for filming HD video with a smartphone, especially in low-light environments. It features two high-performance LEDs that generate up to 1,500 lumens of light, specifically designed for 16:9 HD videos, with an effective range of up to 50 feet. Beyond its lighting capabilities, the FirePak also functions as a portable power bank, allowing users to recharge their smartphones or other electronic devices using its integrated Li-ion battery. It can recharge smartphones up to 1.5 times, depending on the model. Additionally, the FirePak can be used independently as a handheld illumination tool, providing a powerful portable light source for various situations.

Usage Features:
- Mobile Light: Two high-performance LEDs with special reflectors generate up to 1500 lumens of perfect light, ideal for 16:9 HD videos.

- Mounting: Integrated rails allow for easy sliding and attachment to a SureFire phone case and smartphone (phone case sold separately). The mounting process involves aligning the FirePak with case rails and sliding it on until it clicks.
- Battery Charge-Indicator Light: Provides continuous awareness of the power status.
- Bluetooth Activation: The FirePak can be activated and controlled via a free application available on iTunes or Google Play. This allows for remote control of multiple output levels, enabling users to adjust light output and turn the device on or off for convenience.

- Activation Methods:
- Manual Activation: Turn the light on by moving the slide switch to position 3 for the lowest setting, or positions 4-6 for more light.
- Bluetooth Application Activation:
- Download the application from iTunes or Google Play.
- Move the slide switch from the off position (Position 1) to pairing mode (Position 2).
- Open the application, select FirePak from the new devices menu (it will appear by its serial number).
- A message will appear when the device and app have paired; press Ok.
- Push/Select flash mode and select the desired output level.
- Slide the dot across the line to the desired output level, then press flash to set and exit flash mode.
- Safety Features: Engineered to protect against short circuit, over discharge, over charge, and over temperature via an integrated battery protection circuit and software. The FirePak-A meets all transportation safety requirements for commercial passenger aircraft.

- Warranty: SureFire offers a "No-Hassle Guarantee," promising to repair or replace products found defective in material and/or workmanship during their lifetime.
- Rechargeable Products Warranty: Rechargeable products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
- Rechargeable Batteries and Chargers Warranty: Warranted for two years from the date of purchase.

- Warranty Claims: For claims, contact Customer Service at 714-545-9444 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The unit should then be carefully packaged and sent to SureFire, LLC. Repairs Department, RMA#____, 17680 Newhope, Suite B, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. SureFire covers reasonable shipping costs for returning the unit to the customer.
