3. Place an accessory service stand or
equivalent under the swingarm to help
stabilize the rear end. Carefully position
a jack under the engine or chassis tubes
and raise the jack until the front wheel is
slightly off the ground.
4. Turn the axle counterclockwise and draw
it out.
NOTICE
Improper jacking may cause damage to
the oil filter.
Do not place the jack under the oil filter
when jacking up the motorcycle.
