To remove cap, turn bayonet fitting cap anti-clockwise.
Align guiding mark and turn eyepiece module clockwise until catch snaps in.
Press release button on eyepiece module and turn counterclockwise for removal.
Tripod base fits directly into SWAROVSKI OPTIK tripod head or via 3/8" UNC thread.
Turn eye cup counter-clockwise until stops (without glasses) or clockwise (with glasses).
Turn focusing wheel clockwise for distant objects, anti-clockwise for nearer objects.
Turn adjustment ring clockwise to decrease magnification, anti-clockwise to increase.
Helps adjust the spotting scope to the object to be observed.
Turn spotting scope on tripod ring to desired position and lock with screw.
Extendable sunshield keeps away lateral light and protects objective lens from rain.
Replace objective lens cap, use SOC stay-on case, transport in two sections.
Use special microfibre cloth for lens surfaces. Wash if soiled.
Clean housing with soft, moist cloth. Unscrew eye cups for dirt removal.
Store in cool, dry, dark place. Use air-tight receptacle with desiccant in humid conditions.
Convert spotting scope to telephoto lens using TLS APO + DCB II adapters.
Never look at the sun through the spotting scope, as it causes eye injury.
Protect the spotting scope from shocks and impacts.
