■ See the manual on the
wrong stop position
■ Execute manual color
change. Check whether the
signal lamp (N/Set LED
and LED of the concerned
needle) blinks at the same
time, and adjust the half-
turn film accordingly.
■ Adjust the location
properly.
■ Adjust the thread take-up
lever to be on the same line
with other thread take-up
levers when the machine
stops (main shaft rotary
angle 100°).
■ Replace the front fuse
within the control box or
check the connector part.
■ After manually
operating the main
shaft due to cleaning,
checking, and repair,
make sure to set the
main shaft's rotary
angle at 100°.
■ Adjustment of the
Thread Take-up Lever
Position Loosen the
screw for the driving
lever and adjust the
thread take-up lever
position in line with
other thread take-up
levers on the thread
take-up guide rail.
■ Check the rate
voltage of the fuse
= 250V 2A
