What to do if my SWF Sewing Machine has an operation failure?
- DDawn HaneyAug 8, 2025
If your SWF Sewing Machine isn't working, it might be due to a few reasons. Check if the belt tension is loose or the belt is damaged; if so, adjust the belt tension or replace the belt. Also, check for a power failure or a short-circuit in the fuse, and replace the fuse in the power socket if needed. If the machine fails to detect signals for needle position or for one rotation, manually move the color change and see if the signal blinks at the correct needle position in the operation box. Lastly, if the frame is out of the X or Y limit, adjust the design start point by manually moving the frame to bring the design into the scope.
