GET STARTED
Installing the SIM card, memory card and
battery
ATTENTION :
• Risk of swallowing small objects! The SIM card & memory
card can be removed. Small children can swallow them.
• Do not bend or scratch the SIM card. Prevent any contact
with water, dirt or electrical charges.
• Turn off the phone and disconnect the charger before
removing the battery cover.

Charge the phone
- Connect the USB plug of the adaptor to the charging
socket (A) or place the device in the cradle (B).
ATTENTION:
• Only use battery, charger and accessories that have been
approved for using with this particular model. Connecting
other accessories may be dangerous and may invalidate the
warranty.
• When charging the battery for the first time, it should be
charged for at least 4 hours.
1st USE SETUP
- Long press to power up the phone

BASIC OPERATION
Turn the Phone ON/OFF
- Long press
Make a Call
- Enter the number 0…..9 ( Press Clear to delete )

Insert the SIM card (required) and the memory
card (optional)
Call from phonebook
- Press > to select the 10 photo memory;

Receive a Call
- Flip up the phone or press to answer

- Place the SIM card in the SIM card holder with the golden
contacts facing down. Close the SIM card metal cover and lock
it.
- To expand the internal storage memory, you can insert
a microSD memory card ( maximum capacity of 32 GB / not
included). Insert the memory card into the slot until it stops as
illustrated.
Insert the battery and replace the battery
cover
- Insert the battery into battery compartment with golden
contacts of the battery facing downwards to the right of the
phone. Press lightly on the top end of the battery until it
snaps into place.
- Replace and secure the battery cover until it clicks into
place.
Adjust the earpiece Tone frequency
- Press Menu > > Settings > Tone Control….

Adjust the earpiece loudness
- During a call, press to adjust the loudness
** is the hot key for switching the keypad input
between ABC, Abc, abc & 123.

  • Photo Speed Dial: Allows users to assign contacts to photo keys for quick dialing.

Display Icons:

The phone's display uses various icons to convey information:

  • Vibrate then Ring: Indicates that the phone will vibrate and then ring for incoming calls.
  • Vibrate only: Indicates that the phone will only vibrate for incoming calls.
  • Silence: Indicates that the phone is in silent mode.
  • Red - Ring; Green - Ring & Vibrate: Visual indicators for incoming calls.
  • Signal Strength: Shows the strength of the network signal.
  • Battery Power: Displays the current battery level.
  • Bluetooth ON: Indicates that Bluetooth is active.
  • RM Roaming: Shows that the phone is currently roaming.
  • Headset Plugged in: Indicates that a headset is connected.

External LED Indicators:

The external LED provides visual cues for various phone states:

  • Flashing Red: Battery is low.
  • Flashing White: Incoming call.
  • Flashing Green: New message or missed call.

Basic Operation:

  • Power ON/OFF: Long press the end/power key.
  • Making a Call: Enter the number using the keypad and press the answer/call key. For handsfree, press the H-Free option; for handset, press H-Held.
  • Calling from Phonebook: Access photo memory keys or the "Names" menu to select a contact and press the answer/call key.
  • Receiving a Call: Flip up the phone or press the answer/call key.
  • Adjusting Earpiece Tone Frequency: Navigate to Menu > Settings > Tone Control to select Normal, Low, or High frequency.
  • Adjusting Earpiece Loudness: During a call, use the volume control buttons to adjust the loudness.
  • Settings (Ring tone & Volume): Access Menu > Settings to customize profiles, phone settings (Date/Time, Languages), charger LED activation/deactivation, tone control, call settings, and security.
  • Call Log: Access Menu > Call Log to view missed, dialed, and received calls.
  • Adding Phonebook Contact: Access Menu > Phonebook > Add to input name, number, caller ringtone, and save.

Messages (SMS):

  • Accessing Messages: Navigate to Menu > Messages > Write Message.
  • Inputting Text: Use the keypad for text input. The # key switches between ABC, Abc, abc, and 123 input modes. The * key is for special symbols.
  • Sending Messages: Select "Send to number" or "Add from phonebook" to send the message.

Smart Care Features:

  • After Call Notification: The phone can be set to audibly announce the caller ID name and duration of the last call. This feature can be activated/deactivated in Menu > Smart Care > After Call.
  • Missed Call Notification: The phone can announce missed calls. This feature can be set in Menu > Smart Care > Missed Call.
  • Helper: The phone can send an SMS notification to a helper phone number when the battery is low. This is configured in Menu > Smart Care > Helper.

Unique Features Highlight:

  • SOS Assistance Button: Long pressing the SOS button for 3 seconds initiates a call to 5 pre-set emergency numbers. If the first number doesn't answer, it automatically dials the next. If no one answers, the phone will continue to dial the numbers until a call is accepted.
  • Talking Caller ID Name: The phone announces the caller's name for incoming calls if the number is stored in the phonebook. If not, it announces the number.
  • Photo Phonebook: Allows users to assign photos to 10 memory keys for quick dialing.
  • Smart Ringer: The phone will ring at maximum volume for the second time within 3 minutes if a missed call occurs, ensuring important calls are not overlooked.

Usage Features

First Use Setup:

  • After powering on, select the desired language, set the date and time, and save the settings.
  • Detailed settings can be modified via Menu > Settings > Phone.

Adjusting Earpiece Tone Frequency:

  • Users can choose between Normal, Low, or High frequency settings for the earpiece to suit their hearing preferences.

Settings (Ring Tone & Volume):

  • The phone offers customizable profiles, allowing users to select ringtones, adjust volumes, and configure other settings to personalize their experience.

Adding Phonebook Contact:

  • Users can add new contacts by inputting a name, number, and selecting a caller ringtone.

Messages (SMS):

  • The phone supports sending and receiving SMS messages. The keypad allows for easy text input with different character modes.

Smart Care Features:

  • After Call Notification: Provides an auditory summary of the last call, including caller ID and duration.
  • Missed Call Notification: Alerts the user to missed calls with an auditory announcement.
  • Helper Function: Automatically sends an SMS to a designated helper number when the battery is low, ensuring timely assistance or awareness.

Maintenance Features

Installing SIM Card, Memory Card, and Battery:

  • SIM Card: Place the SIM card in its holder with golden contacts facing down, then close and lock the metal cover.
  • Memory Card: Insert a microSD memory card (up to 32 GB, not included) into the slot until it clicks into place to expand internal storage.
  • Battery: Insert the battery into the compartment with golden contacts facing downwards to the right, pressing lightly until it snaps into place.
  • Battery Cover: Replace and secure the battery cover until it clicks into place.

Charging the Phone:

  • Connect the USB plug of the adapter to the charging socket (A) or place the device in the cradle (B).
  • For the first charge, the battery should be charged for at least 4 hours.
  • Important: Only use the battery, charger, and accessories approved for this model to avoid danger and invalidate the warranty.

Troubleshooting:

The manual provides solutions for common problems:

  • Phone cannot be switched on: Check if the battery is charged and inserted correctly.
  • No signal/network connection: Check SIM card insertion, network coverage, and contact your service provider if needed.
  • Screen frozen or no response: Remove and reinsert the battery.
  • Cannot hear the other party: Adjust volume, check network, and ensure the microphone is not blocked.
  • Battery cannot be charged: Check charger connection, battery insertion, and clean charging contacts.
  • Phone gets hot: This is normal during charging or heavy use. If it overheats, stop charging/using and allow it to cool.

Battery Tips:

  • Use only original batteries, chargers, and accessories.
  • Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
  • Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures.
  • Do not use a damaged battery or charger.
  • Recycle batteries responsibly.

Safety Information:

  • General: Do not use the phone in prohibited areas (e.g., hospitals, aircraft).
  • Water Resistance: The phone is not waterproof; keep it dry.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol or other cleaning agents.
  • Accessories: Use only approved accessories.
  • Children: Keep the phone and accessories out of reach of children.
  • Emergency Calls: Ensure the phone is switched on and has network service for emergency calls.

Hearing Aid Compatibility:

  • The phone is designed to be compatible with hearing aids.
