Safe driving
1. get to know the SXT Buddy V2 eKFV - before you drive it. Familiarize yourself with
its driving characteristics. Do not take tight bends, drive slowly and observe your
braking distance.
2 Do not overestimate your abilities. Learn to drive with the SXT Buddy V2 eKFV
best on a large at terrain without obstacles.
Steering:
Steering on the SXT Buddy V2 eKFV is similar to steering on a bicycle, snowboard or
surng. The handlebar should always be parallel to the body. Before every change of
direction, make sure that the desired driving line is free.
Driving technique:
•
Foot Position - Before you drive off, place your rst foot as far forward as possible
on the running board while the second foot is on the ground. Make sure that the road
is clear. To start off, kick the scooter with your foot, as you would with a non-motor-
ized scooter. As soon as you use the throttle, lean slightly forward so that you do not
fall backwards when accelerating.

Avoid shifting your full body weight to the handlebar grips when braking and
accelerating.

Always place your feet one behind the other. The most comfortable position is
achieved with one foot in front and the second 70-90° angled behind it - similar to
skateboarding or surng.
Brakes:
Always shift your body weight backwards when braking. The braking force is mainly
transmitted via the feet not via the handlebars - therefore it is a much more pleasant
feeling to “hang on the handlebars” instead of leaning forward.
