Charging and battery details:
To charge the SXT Buddy V2 eKFV, connect the charging
cable to the socket and then to the charging socket on the
front left top of the running board.
LED lights up RED - battery is charging
LED lights up Green - charging process completed
To ensure the best possible performance of the battery, we recommend charging it once
a month when not in use. Always disconnect the charger from the mains supply and
the charger from the vehicle before carrying out repairs or maintenance work on it or
removing the battery, for example.
A short circuit can lead to serious injury or death and irreparable damage to the vehicle.
Do not attempt to open the battery with a tool. Inserting tools or other parts into any
openings in the battery may result in a short circuit, injury or re. Any attempt to open
the battery may result in damage and the release of hazardous chemical substances.
Charge the battery only with the original charger included in the scope of delivery.
Battery Recycling
When properly maintained and used (in accordance with charging and storage guide-
lines), the battery has a normal life of two to three years. If the battery has not been
charged or cannot be charged, it should be removed from the scooter and disposed of at
a recycling facility. Federal law prohibits the disposal of batteries in normal household
waste.
Please contact your local waste or recycling authority for information near you on how
to recycle the battery.
