Symptoms Possible Causes Solution
After connecting the charger to the scooter,
the LED light green and stays green.
The battery is already fully charged.
The fuse is defective.
The cable connection between the charging
socket and the battery is interrupted.
Interrupted connection between the individual
battery packs.
Charge the battery for 6-8 hours before
starting to drive.
Check fuse.
Check cable connections.
The battery discharges immediately after full
charge. Driving is impossible.
The lifetime (maximum number of battery
charge cycles) has been reached.
The battery is defective.
The charger is defective.
Replace the battery.

The battery is not fully charged
Loose cable / loose contact.
