Your SYMBYXNeuro is warranted to be free of defects in
material and workmanship under normal pers onal use. This
warranty is limited to a period of two years from the purchase
date. Within this period, repairs or exchange of parts that are
deemed necessary by SYMBYX will be provided free of charge.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Misuse, abuse or alteration to the product
Damage caused by accident or neglect
Service or repairs made by unautho rised persons
Commercial use: the warrant y is one year from purchase date
We are not responsible for any incidental,
special, or consequential dam ages

Treatment Time
Your device is pre-programmed to run automatically for
a full 24 minutes. This includes 12 minutes of red light
followed by 12 minutes of infrared light.
Frequency of Use
Use SYMBYX Neuro 5 times per week. Use once per
day only, at a broadly similar time. SYMBYX recommends
rst thing in the morning unless you are experiencing
interrupted sleep. If so, last thing at night would be
preferable. During the rst two weeks of treatment
please use SYMBYX Neuro 23 times only, building up
to 5 times per week in the subsequent weeks.
Safety Advice
A feeling of warmth during treatment is common.
Your SYMBYX Neuro helmet has been designed to
be lightweight and maximise airow. If, however, you
experience uncomfortable symptoms (e.g nausea or

Protective Storage Case
Before Starting Treatment
Position the SYMBYX Neuro on your head with
the velcro straps in the front. The straps should fit
comfortably across your forehead roughly between
the eyes and your hairline. Adjust the velcro
straps so that the SYMBYX Neuro fits snugly.
First Two Weeks of Treatment
For the initial two weeks, we recommend using the
SYMBYX Neuro 2-3 times per week, and gradually
increasing the frequency to 5 times per week in the
following weeks.

After Each Treatment Session
We recommend to disconnect the battery from helmet and
place it on a charger after each treatment. This will ensure
that it is ready for your next treatment.
Battery Care & Cleaning
In order to charge the battery
, first disconnect it from
SYMBYX Neuro
.
Connect the battery to any Micro USB or TYPE C
charger you have at home.
The battery will take 4.3 hours to charge completely.
To clean the SYMBYX Neuro wipe gently with
70% alcohol or antiseptic wipes, or a soft dry cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not submerge the
helmet in liquid or cover with any material during use.
Store in a dry, dust-free location away from direct
sunlight between 10ºC—40ºC.
The SYMBYX Neuro helmet includes 20 plastic diode
lens covers fitted. Do not tamper with or remove these
at any stage.
Treatment Protocol
1. Connect the SYMBYX Neuro
to the battery
using
the connecting cord
. Either USB output on the
battery can be used to connect to the SYMBYX Neuro.
2. Place and fit the SYMBYX Neuro snugly on your head.
3. Turn the battery on via the button on the side of the
battery pack. Once it is turned on, you will see four
lights light up on the front of the battery pack. You will
hear one long beep. Once on, the SYMBYX Neuro will
test the red light for 2 seconds followed by the infrared
light for 2 seconds.
4. Treatment will then commence automatically with the
first 12 minutes of red light treatment, followed by 12
minutes of infrared light treatment. You will hear two
audible beeps at the 12 minute mark (or half way point).
5. After 24 minutes of treatment your SYMBYX Neuro
helmet will aubibly beep and flash five times in order to
inform you that the treatment session has concluded.
6. Once the treatment has concluded, simply disconnect
the helmet from the battery. The Battery will
automatically turn off.
If You Want to Pause Mid-Treatment
If you wish to stop treatment at any time, simply remove the
SYMBYX Neuro from your head and remove the cord from
the battery pack. The battery will turn off automatically after
30 seconds. To turn the SYMBYX Neuro back on, simply
reconnect the cord to the battery. The treatment will start
again from the beginning for 24 minutes.
