REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS IN THE PIPE SYSTEM /
HOSE
If the power unit starts, but there is no suction through the hose
when connecting to the inlet valve mounted on the power unit,
the blockage is in the hose. To clear the hose obstruction, insert
a blunt instrument into the hose (a garden hose or similar) to
loosen the obstacle.

Youcanalsoattempttoreversethesuctionthroughthehoseto
dislodge the blockage.
2. The pipe system is plugged
Ifyouhaveoneinletvalvewithoutnormalsuctionwhenstarting
thepowerunit,andyouhavecheckedforhoseblockage,then
theblockageisinthepipesystembetweentheblockedvalve
andthepowerunit.Trytoclearthepipeobstructionbyinserting
a blunt instrument into the pipe (a garden hose or similar) to
loosentheobstacle.Youcanalsoreleasetheblockageby
simulatingrepeatedpressurechanges,e.g.byusingthehose,
covertheopeningwithyourhandandletgorepeatedtimes.
