Usage Features:

The parallel bar is intended for gymnastic use only and must be operated under the guidance and supervision of professionals. It is strictly for indoor use. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted to use the equipment. The bar is designed for single-person use at any given time, with a maximum load capacity of 500 Kg.

Installation Steps:

  1. Place the base (A) on a level, solid floor.
  2. Use the I-24 single-ended wrench to fix the A-Base and B-columns together using D-hexagon head bolts and E-plain washers. Ensure the trademark column is positioned on the diagonal side.
  3. Fix the C-bars to the B-columns using H-adjusting gaskets, G-pads, and F-inner hexagon head screws.
    • Note on Gaskets: It is recommended to install one adjusting gasket on each column. Each column is supplied with two standard gaskets. After tightening the hexagon socket screw, there should be no obvious obstruction during the spacing adjustment between the horizontal bar and the column. Shaking the horizontal bar in the vertical direction should confirm no obvious open movement between the horizontal bar and the column. If open movement occurs, remove the adjusting gasket. If the horizontal bar spacing adjustment is significantly obstructed, increase the adjustment gaskets to two pieces per column.

Adjustment Instructions:

To adjust the height and width:

  1. Raise the handle of the lock gear component upwards.
  2. Adjust the inner tube to achieve the desired height.
  3. Simultaneously rotate the lock gear component and the elbow to adjust the width.
  4. Ensure that the height of the four regulating tubes and the width between the two horizontal bars are coordinated.

  • Cleaning:
    • For the bar surface, gently wipe it with a towel dipped in clean water when dirty.
    • Wipe the surface of the equipment with a neutral detergent and clean water.
  • Professional Maintenance: The equipment should be checked and maintained by professionals after one year of use.
  • Lubrication:
    • Apply lubricating oil to one inner column and three locking pipes monthly.
    • Drag the shaft and five stud bolts to ensure the handle turns flexibly for adjustment and locking.
