TROUBLESHOOTING
Unit Does Not Start
● Confirm that the unit is plugged in and that the outlet has power. Plug the
device into a different power outlet to confirm.
● Discontinue use and contact TaoTronics technical support for further
instructions.
Excessive Noise
● Make sure the Pre-Filter is clean.
● Make sure all filter-packaging has been removed from the filter before
insertion into the filter chamber.
● If there are foreign objects inside the unit, DO NOT attempt to disassemble
the device as this will void your warranty. Discontinue use and contact
TaoTronics technical support.
Filter Maintenance
● A flashing Filter Reset Button on the control panel is a reminder to change
the filter.
● New filters can be purchased from the TaoTronics online store:
www.taotronics.com.
Unpleasant Odors
● For burning smells coming from inside the device, discontinue use and
contact TaoTronics technical support.
● For mold or mildew, replace the filter.
