Why is my TaoTronics TT-SK15 Speaker System remote control not working?

If your TaoTronics Speaker System remote control isn't working, first, ensure it has a working AAA/1.5V battery installed. If it does, try replacing the battery with a new one. Make sure you're pointing the remote directly at the remote control sensor and are within the operating area. If none of that works, try turning the unit off, disconnecting it from the DC outlet, and then powering it back on.

If your TaoTronics Speaker System isn't producing any sound or the sound is distorted, check that the audio cables are securely connected. Also, make sure the volume isn't set to the minimum. Finally, ensure the sound isn't muted by pressing the [MUTE] button on the remote control, and that the speaker isn't paused by pressing [PLAY/PAUSE].
