Connectors, Jacks and Polarity
When connecting your instruments, microphones and other sound sources you must
use the correct types of cables and connectors. In the following you will nd an overview
of connectors and jacks that your TARGA TM-2100 supports.
XLR-type connector for microphones (balanced operation*)
1 Earth
2 Hot (+)
3 Cold (-)
Jack Connector
* For unbalanced operation pins 1 and 3 must be short-circuited.
6.3mm phone jack connector (Mono)
to be used for: unbalanced Mono phone jacks
Tip (Signal)
Sleeve (Shielding/earth)
