2.3 Assembly
Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly
in the order given.
L NOTICE
First loosely screw all parts together and check that they t properly. Tighten the screws using
the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
Step 1: Assembly of Base Frame
1. Slide the right x plate (7) onto one of the slide rods (6).
2. Slide the left x plate (10) onto the other slide rod (6).
3. Assemble one slide rod (6) between two connection tubes
(9) and two rubber cushions (8) by using two allen bolts
(11).
4. Assemble the two connection tubes (9) to the L
shape base frame (2) and both reinforcing plates
(1) by using four bolts (3), eight washers (4) and
four lock nuts (5).
5. Repeat the last two steps on the other side.
