Step 2: Assembly of Stand Tubes, Guide Rods, Barbell Rod and Barbell Plate Holders
1. Attach 14 limit nuts (31) and 14 limit columns (30) to each of both stand tubes (12).
2. Assemble one stand tube (12) to the right x plate (7) by using two bolts (13), four washers (4)
and two lock nuts (5).
3. Fasten the stand tube (12) by using one bolt (15), two washers (4) and one lock nut (5).
4. Assemble tho other stand tube (12) to the left x plate (10) by using two bolts (13), four washers
(4) and two lock nuts (5).
5. Fasten the stand tube (12) by using one bolt (15), two washers (4) and one lock nut (5).
6. Attach the left safety hook (18) to the second limit column (31) of the stand tube (12) from
below.
7. Attach the right safety hook (17) to the second limit column (31) of the other stand tube (12)
from below.
8. Slide both sliding sleeves (21) at each end of the barbell rod (20).
9. Assemble both barbell plate holders (22) to the ends of the barbell rod (20) by using one screw
(25), one spring gasket (24) and one washer (23) on each side.
10. Attach the hooks of the barbell rod (20) to the 4th limit column (31) of the stand tubes (12) from
above.
11. Slide one guide rod (16)
through sliding sleeve (21)
and the left safety hook (18) by
using two rubber pads (14).
12. Slide the other guide rod (16)
through sliding sleeve (21) and
the right safety hook (17) by
using two rubber pads (14).
13. Tighten both guide rods (16) by
using one screw (19) on each side.
