Guarded Menu
To enter the Guarded Menu, press and hold the
Menu and Small portion buttons on the left side of
the machine to enter the Service Menu. After five
seconds the Service Mode is entered. Continue to
hold the buttons for approximately 10 seconds to
enter the Guarded Menu.

The first programmable parameter, “CLOCK” (Clock
time-Military) will be displayed.
Programming Dual Dispen se (DDO)
NOTE: Refer to the C009 Dual Dispense (DDO)
Specifications on page 4 prior to setting up.
1. Press the Large portion button several times on
the left side of the machine until the Dual
Dispense (DDO) screen is displayed.

2. Press the Small portion button to display the
current setting.
3. Press the Large button until the number “3”
displays.
4. Press the Small portion button to accept the
change and to display “DDO” again.
5. Press the Large portion button to display
“EXIT?”.
6. Press the Medium portion button to exit and
return to the Main Menu.
Programming Language
1. Press the Large portion button several times on
the left side of the machine until the Language
screen is displayed.
2. Press the Small portion button to display the
current language.
3. Press the Large button until the desired
language is displayed.
4. Press the Small portion button to confirm the
desired language. “0” = English, “1” = Spanish,
and “2” = French.
5. Press the Large portion button to display
“EXIT?”.
6. Press the Medium portion button to exit and
return to the Main Menu.
Programming Filter Switch
1. Press the Large portion button several times on
the left side of the machine until the Filter
Switch screen is displayed.
2. Press the Small portion button to display the
current filter switch option.
3. Press the Large button until the desired filter
switch option is displayed. “0” = normal filter
switch option, “1” = ice/no ice at filter switch
outputs, and “2” = concentrate only.
4. Press the Small portion button to confirm the
desired filter switch option.
5. Press the Large portion button to display
“EXIT?”.
6. Press the Medium portion button to exit and
return to the Main Menu.
