Adjust the probe temperature to match the actual
temperature using the Up arrow
to raise the
displayed temperature or the Down arrow to lower
the displayed temperature.
Note: Displayed temperature is adjusted in increments
of 0.1°F (0.06°C).
Once the displayed temperature matches the
thermometer temperature, press the OK button to save
the calibration and exit the function. The display will
return to the Service menu.
