fallsbelow80%ofratedcapacityorthebaery leaks,andthis
LimitedWarrantydoesnotcoveranybaeryif:
(i) The baery has been charged by a baery charger not
specied or approved by TCL Communicaon Ltd. for
chargingthebaery;
(ii) Anyofthesealsonthebaeryarebrokenorshowevidence
oftampering;or
(iii) The baery has been used in equipment other than
MOVETIMESmartwatchforwhichitisspecied.
