      Your TCL Speaker System remote control might not be working due to several reasons. It could be that there are no batteries in the remote, or the batteries are out of charge. In this case, install two AAA/1.5V batteries or replace the battery with a new one. Also, ensure that the remote control is pointed towards the remote control sensor and is within its operating area. If the unit is shut down, switch it off and disconnect it from the AC outlet, then power it on again.
