• Fit frame mounted reector brackets and
reectors.
• Align reectors to vertical. Tighten all bolts.
Conrm that wheel reectors are tted.
• Recheck that all components are correctly
assembled, all bolts, nuts and QR correctly
secure. Check that handlebar and saddle
cannot be swivelled sideways.
• Check derailleur gears/hub gears for
correct operation; adjust to manufacturer’s
specication. Check both brakes for correct
operation.
WARNING
If you are unsure about correct assembly and/or adjustment, seek
advice from a qualied bicycle mechanic.
‘Threadless’ head sets: some bicycles, especially those equipped with a
front fork suspension system, are tted with a ‘threadless’ head set. Special
tools and/or procedures may be required to correctly secure such devices.
