Avoid dropping the speaker. The protruding control knobs can be
damaged if the speaker hits a hard surface. Keep away from high
humidity, or extreme heat or cold.
Avoid blocking speaker grille. Do not dispose of in fire. Do not
disassemble.
The S10 mixes two-channel stereo into a monophonic signal for the
loudspeaker. No changes to your music files will occur, except hearing
them in mono.
TROUBLESHOOTING
You can quickly solve most problems with your Tecevo S10 speaker by
following the advice in this section.
My music is not coming out of the stereo speaker.
Solutions:
• Make sure the speaker has been fully charged and switch to
correct mode.
• Make sure an audio cable is correctly and firmly connected to the
Bluetooth speaker.
• Make sure cable has been correctly and firmly connected to the
speaker and your phone.
• Make sure the stereo volume is set to a comfortable listening level.
• Make sure you are within range of the speaker.
My speaker cannot be found by my phone
Solutions:
• Make sure the speaker has been switched to (Bluetooth) mode
• If you are trying to pair the device for first time use, please make
sure the speaker is under ‘Pairing’ mode.
• Make sure the Bluetooth speaker is not connected or trying to
connect with another device, if so please switch off Bluetooth
function on your other device.
