Cause：Bad connection between controller and
computer, check the wiring between the console and
the stand post，if the wiring is bad, change the wiring .

Bad connection of the motor

The treadmill can’t work and not switch on。Computer
show E2, other places no showing and cause warning
sound 9 times. Stop the treadmill; and it returns to the
normal appearance, it can start again.
Cause：Check the motor wiring and whether there is
bad smell of the controller, if yes, change the
controller.
E3
No speed signal: there is
electricity to the motor, but
there is no signal from the
motor speed more than
3seconds.
The treadmill can’t work and not switch on。Computer
show E2, other places no showing and cause warning
sound 9 times. Stop the treadmill, and it return to the
normal appearance, it can start again.
Cause：there is no signal more than 3seconds, check
the sensor plug is good or not, make sure it is good or
change it to the good one.
