The winding lever should be
positioned as shown below.

Winding arm
Install the winding lever and spring while pressing
the winding arm in the direction of arrow.
(The winding lever must be inserted completly and
latched with claws.)
Put the capstan belt A temporarily
as shown below.

Capstan belt A
Install the sub chassis
to the mechanism, and
then tighten screws.
