If you have a heated windscreen or if the windscreen has a metallic UV filter, this may cause interference with the DAB
signal. Mount the antenna in a section of the windscreen that does not have any heating elements or UV filters.
Consult your local trac authority for further information concerning the safe and legally permissible installation of the
DIGITRADIO Car 2 in your vehicle.
4.4 Connecting the microphone to the reception unit
1. Insert the microphone plug into the socket on the top end of the reception unit until it clicks into place audibly.
