5 In operation
5.1 Switching the DIGITRADIO Car 2 on and o
> To turn on your DIGITRADIO Car 2, briefly press the On/O/BACK buon (2).
> To put the DIGITRADIO Car 2 in standby mode and reduce power consumption, push and hold the On/O/BACK buon.
By default, the reception unit automatically switches to standby mode aer 4 hours. The screen on the control unit is
dimmed aer 15 seconds.
5.2 Displays
The display on the display/control unit shows all the key information about the radio station or the mode/menu and the menu
options. The brightness of the display automatically adapts to the lighting conditions in the vehicle using the brightness sensor.
1. Mode display (DR means digital radio, means Bluetooth audio, means phone call).
2. Indicates the signal strength of the antenna and the baery voltage on the display/control unit.
3. Text area, station name, menu options.
