The machine falls within the list of machines of annexe IV of directive 2006/42/EC. The machine has been constructed
in conformity with section 7, paragraph 2 of applicable harmonised standard and the constructor has implemented the
procedure described in section 12, paragraph 3, letter a) of the said standard, with internal veri cation of the manufactu-
ring process conducted as indicated in annexe VIII. The technical dossier relative to construction, drafted in accordance
with annexe VII – Part A, will be kept for 10 years from the date of issue of this declaration and will be rendered available
by Ing. Mauro Barbetti , whose elected legal domicile is c/o TECO srl, Via Pio La Torre, 10 42015 Correggio (RE) Italy, in
response to requests originating from the national authority responsible for the veri cation of compliance.
