AIR GAP
DIMENSION
If engine has the coil and lamination outside of flywheel,
set points per specification and set air gap between
flywheel magnets and laminations to .005' to .008'.
Air gap gauge, part number 670216 which measures
.0075' may be used. Use Loctite "242 Blue" on screws
and torque down mounting screws to specification.
Remove air gap gauge.
