Yogurt 125 gm
Pour the ingredients into the chamber for yogurt and mix until they are even. Place the chamber
in the basin, removing the blades beforehand. Choose the indicated programme. Increase the
programme time to 9 hours, pressing the + button, and press START.
Tip: Pour the yogurt through a lter for a more delicate texture. For a thicker
consistency increase the programme time to 12 hours. Keep the yogurt in the
refrigerator under a special lid. Consume within 7 days.
Drinking yogurt

Sugar 3 tbsp
Pour the ingredients into the chamber for yogurt and mix until they are even. Place the chamber
in the basin, removing the blades beforehand. Choose the indicated programme. Increase the
programme time to 12 hours, pressing the + button, and press START.
Tip: Consume within 7 days.
Cottage cheese

Kephir 1.5л
Garlic 45 mL
Fennel 1 (125 gm)
Salt 1 pinch
Mix all ingredients and pour into the basin. Choose the indicated programme. Increase the
programme time to 3 hours, pressing the + button, and press START. Upon completion of the
programme, drain o the cottage cheese within 1-2 minutes.
Tip: Add fresh minced garlic. For the best taste, use only the freshest ingredients.
Keep the cottage cheese in a closed container refrigerated for up to 3 days.
