Why can't I open the lid of my TEFAL Turbo Cuisine CY754?

If you're unable to open the lid of your TEFAL Kitchen Appliances, it could be due to pressure remaining inside the cooking pot. To resolve this, press the pressure release button continuously until all the pressure is released, which may take a few minutes. Alternatively, even if the pressure is fully released, the float valve might be stuck due to dirt. In this case, ensure the appliance has cooled down for at least 2 hours to guarantee complete pressure release. Then, gently push the float valve down using a skewer or similar object. If this doesn't work, it is recommended to send the appliance to an Approved Service Centre. Remember to clean and dry the float valve thoroughly before your next use.
