Selecting the Oven Demo mode
Tips for optimum cleaning of the SteakMaster grill
The demo mode will allow you to browse
through and discover all the functions of your
oven without risk as the oven does not heat up
in this mode. While the Demo mode is active,
the word DEMO is always displayed on the
oven screen.
To clean the SteakMaster grill, we recommend
that you heat the SteakMaster using the man-
ual function (for 33 minutes) to carbonize any
food remains which have become attached.
Then it will be possible to detach these remains
from the grill, while it is still hot, using a wire
brush or pad.
The benefits of cleaning your SteakMaster are
as follows:
1.- Prevents the appearance of ash and charred
remains on food.
To activate the Demo mode, before setting the
timer, press touch keys
and for 3 seconds.
When this is activated, the message “Demo
Mode ON” is displayed on the screen for a few
seconds.
To switch it off, disconnect the power supply to
the oven and then reconnect it.
2.- Maintains a non-stick surface.
3.- Extends the service life of the SteakMaster
grill.
4.- Helps to obtain better results in your cook-
ing.
WARNING
The SteakMaster grill should only be
cleaned by hand and must NEVER be
placed in the dishwasher!
