The serial number is printed on the cover sheet of the operating manual.
We hereby declare that the machine indicated below, which corresponds to the design and construction of the
model we placed on the market, conforms with the health and safety requirements as stated by the UK guidelines
(see table).

This EG Declaration of Conformity is valid only if the UKCA label has been affixed to the machine. Modifying or
altering the machine without the express written agreement of the manufacturer shall render the warranty null and
void. The signatory of this statement is the appointed agent for the compilation of the technical information.
