Sets or returns the width setting for a runt trigger search to determine where to
place a mark. <x> is the search number.

Arguments
<NR3> specifi es the minimum width, in seconds.

Sets or returns the clock slope setting for a setup/hold trigger search to determine
where to place a mark. <x> is the search number.
