9.4 Multimedia
h Camera
To access camera mode, press the key from the main screen, or go to Multimedia -> Camera
-> click the left key to conrm -> press the to take a photo.
When in the camera interface, click the left key to enter more Options:
Switch to video recorder
To switch to video mode, select Options -> Switch to video recorder (requires a memory card).
Photos
Photos acts as a media player to view photos and videos.
Camera settings
Shutter sound
Choose a pre-loaded sound or Off.
Brightness (EV)
Choose an exposure value (brightness) between -2 EV and +2 EV
in increments of 0.5 EV. In general, positive values make the image
brighter while negative values make it darker.
Contrast
Choose Low, Medium or High contrast for taking photos.
Anti-icker
Choose 50Hz or 60Hz frequency to remove icker.
Delay timer
Choose a shutter delay time of 5, 10, or 15 seconds.
Image settings
Image size
Choose the size of photos taken by the camera. Available options
are 320x240, 800x600, 1280x960, 1600x1200 and 2048x1536.
Image quality
Choose Low, Normal or Good image quality.
Effect settings
Add an eect to the camera. Available options are Normal / Grayscale / Sepia / Sepia green /
Sepia blue / Color invert.
Storage
Choose to store your photos in the phone or memory card.
Restore default
You can restore default camera settings if necessary.
Tips:
When camera is active, use M1 and M2 keys to decrease / increase the Exposure
Value (EV) - brightness of image.
Press Up or Down key to zoom in and out.
h Video recorder
The video recorder allows for the recording of videos (sound is also captured).
Switch to camera
For more details, please check "Camera" on page 15.
Camcorder settings
Change settings including Brightness (EV), Night mode, and
Anti-icker.
Videos settings
Change between Low / Normal / Good / High quality settings.
White balance
Change between Auto / Daylight / Tungsten / Fluorescent /
Cloudy / Incandescent.
Effect settings
Change between Normal / Grayscale / Sepia / Sepia green /
Sepia blue / Color invert.
Storage settings
Choose to store your photos in the phone or memory card.
Restore default
You can restore default camera settings if necessary.
