  • The product should not be disposed of with household waste due to potentially hazardous substances. Contact local authorities for recycling information.

Protection Circuits: The Gorilla incorporates four protection circuits:

  1. Thermal Protection: If the maximum temperature is reached, amplifiers switch off, and a red protection LED on the front illuminates.
  2. Electrical Failure/High Frequency Signal Protection: In case of a critical electrical failure or high-frequency signal (e.g., microphone feedback), amplifiers shut down immediately, and the red protection LED activates.
    • Recovery: Unplug the power cord, wait approximately 3 minutes for the back panel to cool and the red light to turn off, then plug the power cord back in and power on the Gorilla.
  3. Clipping Warning: A blinking red LED on the front indicates that the amplifiers are clipping. Users should lower the input signal until the blinking stops.
    • Clipping Protection: Excessive clipping will cause the amplifiers to shut down to protect the gear.
    • Recovery: Similar to other protection events, unplug the power cord, wait about 3 minutes for the red light to turn off, then plug in and power on.
