Note: When No Key is assigned as the key type, the Key
Type column will be blank.
Status column display The Status column displays whether the GPI Input is activated,
ON; otherwise, OFF will display. This information will periodically
update.
To force an update:
1. From the View menu, select Refresh.
The display status field updates.
Or, press Ctrl+Space from the keyboard.
NOTE: To access the Edit GPI In screen, double-click a GPI In from the list, the Edit GPI In screen
appears. For more information on the Edit GPI In screen, see the AZedit Help file.
Right-Click Guide to the GPI Input Screen
Built into AZedit are many different ways to get to the same information, by buttons, menus, and right-clicking. The
following is a list of menus and screens you can access by right clicking from the GPI Input main screen.
Highlight GPI Input > Right Click
A popup menu appears that gives you the following
options:
Info: The information contained here shows the GPI
Input, Description, Keypanel, Description (keypanel), Key
Number and Type.
From the Navigation menu, you can:
Go to GPI Output view
Go to GPI Output Alpha view
Go To GPI Input Alpha view
From the Changes Menu, you can
Clear all changes to this GPI Input /all GPI Inputs..,.-
clears all the changes you have made up to the last
Save performed.
From the Search menu, you can:
Search for panels with this ISO assigned…
Note: You must be connected to the
Intercom for some of these menus to
work.
Right-click anywhere on the screen A popup menu appears that gives you the options to:
Undo: reverses the last action--for example, to undo a
deletion, thus restoring deleted text to a document.
Redo: will redo up to 20 consecutive changes that you
previously canceled with the Undo Button.
Go Back: lets you go back to previously viewed screens
(up to 20).
Go Forward: lets you go forward again when you have
used Go Back to look at previously viewed screens.
Search: From the Search popup menu, you can:
Search for this panel
(opens the Search Status Screen)
