If your main power source is AC, switch to the standby battery, if available, and monitor both the battery and the AC power for restoration. If the main power source is DC, wait for the voltage to return to its normal level. You may also need to wait for LBC restoral and charge the battery. If necessary, transmit an alarm via radio. Once Telco is restored, remove the LFC condition. Continue validating the signal strength; the NSC will restore when the signal returns. Wait for RFC and PPF restoral.
