4. Module detachment from TLB board
You can separate module from TLB board referring the following STEP1 and STEP2.

Before detaching

After step 1,
you are able to detach a module
from TLB like STEP”2” picture.

After STEP “1”
*Note
When detached, the thermal pad is
attached to the module because it is
sticky.
So, you should move thermal pad and
attach back it on TLB board.
