When AT#MONI=7 is the last setting entered, the execution command AT#MONI<CR>
reports the information previously listed for each of the cells in the neighbor of the serving
cell. The information is formatting in a sequence of <CR><LF>-terminated strings.
The timing advance value is meaningful only during calls or GPRS transfers active.
AT#MONI=?
Test command reports the maximum number of cells, in a neighbor of the serving cell excluding it,
from which we can extract GSM/LTE related information, along with the ordinal number of the
current selected cell, in the format:
#MONI: (<MaxCellNo>,<CellSet>)
